Clinical Rehab
Clinical Rehab is a supervised, small-group rehabilitation class designed for individuals managing injury, pain, post-surgical recovery or complex musculoskeletal conditions. These sessions are led by a physiotherapist and may be claimable under physiotherapy health fund codes.
Please note that Clinical Rehab is invite-only and must be recommended by a bounceREHAB physiotherapist. GP or Specialist referrals are accepted. Clinical Rehab operates under separate fees and conditions to regular Pilates classes and is not transferable with other bounceREHAB class types, except for our Healthy Bones Osteoporosis Rehab sessions.
A 45-minute physiotherapy assessment is a required prerequisite to determine eligibility and ensure this class is appropriate for your needs. Ongoing physiotherapy supervision and periodic reassessment are required for health fund rebates to apply.
Sessions integrate elements of Pilates, strength training, and sports medicine rehabilitation, using specialised equipment and modifications tailored to the specific needs of the group. You can expect a supportive, structured environment that builds strength, confidence and functional movement capacity.
