Tina is a passionate Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience in the wellness and movement space. Her journey began with yoga, where she developed a deep love for mindful movement and went on to become a certified, internationally trained Yoga Master. After achieving this milestone, Tina was inspired to expand her expertise by integrating the strength, precision, and rehabilitation benefits of Pilates into her practice.
Over the past three years, Tina has trained extensively at Bounce Rehab, where she discovered how complementary Pilates is to her yoga background. After completing her International Pilates certification, she quickly transitioned into teaching and has loved guiding clients through classes that challenge the body while keeping the experience uplifting and enjoyable.
Tina’s teaching style is energetic, supportive, and fun. She believes exercise should feel empowering and motivating, and she creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels part of the group. Her classes are known for their positive energy, encouraging atmosphere, and the sense that you’re working out alongside a group of friends.
