Sandy Thefs

Sandy brings almost three decades of leadership experience together with a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger and live healthier lives.  After an extensive career in the Leisure & Entertainment industry, she pivoted towards her true passion for health and wellbeing, retraining in clinical Pilates and massage therapy.

Sandy is a qualified Reformer Pilates Teacher with additional certifications in Pre & Post Natal Pilates and more recently, Reformer Yin - applying the principles of Yin Yoga to a Pilates Reformer. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, creating supportive, engaging classes that improve strength, mobility, balance and confidence while encouraging mindful movement and long-term well being.

Committed to continuing professional development, Sandy is currently completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage, on course to graduate in early 2027.  She holds a Cert IV qualification in Massage Therapy and is available for Swedish/Relaxation massages on weekends.

Outside the studio, Sandy is an enthusiastic hiker who loves taking on challenging multi-day treks around the world. She believes the strength and mobility provided by Pilates, and recovery gained through Reformer Yin and massage are just as valuable in her own life as they are for her clients. Always thinking about her next adventure, Sandy enjoys hearing about her clients' favourite hikes and travel experiences - always keen to gain inspiration for her next destination.
