Nilusha De Silva
Exercise Physiology & Pilates
Nilusha is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Masters in Exercise Rehabilitation from Victoria University.
Nilusha developed a passion for learning human anatomy and physiology through her undergraduate degree of Applied Science in Human Movement from the University of South Australia.
Nilusha has worked in various clinical settings from hospital based Brain and Spinal injury rehabilitation and private practice across a number of metro and regional towns across Australia.
Nilusha also has extensive experience in injury prevention and management in both corporate and blue collar industries and is also a certified Wellness coach.
Nilusha has 10+ years experience teaching clinical and studio pilates and holds qualifications in Pilates Matwork, Small Apparatus (Pilates Institute of Queensland), Reformer, Pregnancy and post natal pilates.
Aside from work life, you will find Nilusha at the beach, running or cheering on Port Adelaide during the AFL season (boo...go the Swannies !!!)
