Linda's Journey:
From a young age, I started searching for answers following the ill health of my father. My intense pursuit of integrative health drastically improved the wellbeing of myself and my family. Growing up in an Italian foodie family, our dinners came straight from the garden. Delving deeper and deeper into the world of complementary and integrative medicine, I would enthusiastically address any ailments among my high school friends, which were backed up by science of course!
I have an immense passion for fostering and nurturing body and mind awareness, self-empowerment and positivity in others; believing these factors are the foundation to overall good mental and physical health. My love for the body and being active also grew from my first encounter with movement as having danced from the age of 2 years old across a wide variety of dance styles completing the RAD ballet syllabus to Grade 8.
During my teenage years I decided to pursue a career in dance and enjoyed over a decade of professional dance experience. I feel very fortunate to have studied classical ballet for most of these years under the guidance of prima ballerina Valrene Tweedie OAM (1925~2008).
Over the last 30 years I have an extensive background practising Pilates and yoga have recently completed pilates teacher training qualifications. Still passionate about dance, for the last 5 years I have studied and competed in both classical and latin ballroom dance under The World DanceSport Federation guidelines.
During my university years as a naturopathy student in 1997, I became the owner of a health food store which I ran for 11 years. Soon after graduating as a naturopath I owned and managed a multi-modality practice with a dozen integrative medicine practitioners and my own private practice.
In 2010, I took a plunge into the corporate world of integrative medicine. Whilst I currently shine in the corporate sphere to date, I have always maintained my own private practice. My extensive experience stems from my love for variety in life, thirst for knowledge and a need to expand myself.
