Karli recently moved here from the United States and has her Comprehensive Pilates Certification from 'The Physical Mind Institute'.
Her love for Pilates started after her 4 years of collegiate rowing when she needed a way to heal her body and feel strong while doing it. Pilates allowed her to stay fit and feel good at the same time. Now, she wants to share her love for Pilates with others through her energetic and mindful classes.
Having practiced both Mat and Reformer Pilates for many years, Karli made the move into teaching to share her love of pilates exercise format with clients. Falling in love with the ethos that Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit, Karli aims to support clients in their Pilates journey through movement as well as breath control and focus.
Be sure to pop in on the weekend or early mornings midweek to experience one of Karli’s classes. Her classes are amazing !
When she’s not in the studio, Karli can be found enjoying Sydney's beaches, travelling Australia and reviewing delicious meals with her family and friends at Sydney's finest.
