After falling in love with Pilates a few years ago, Kaley experienced how the practice transformed not only her physique but also her mindset. This profound impact inspired her to complete Pilates instructor training with the goal of helping others discover the transformative benefits of Pilates.
Kaley believes that Pilates is for everyone—from athletes to those recovering from injuries—and she works to create inclusive classes that cater to all levels.

Outside of work, Kaley is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and experimenting with different recipes. She values the importance of nourishing the body while savouring the simple joys of good food.
