Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be applied to orders and are based on the size of the order and destination. All orders will be delivered via the Australia Post Service.
When you spend $200 or more we will express post your order to you free!


Payment is require upfront prior to the goods being dispatched. Pay-Pal or Credit card will be accepted for online purchases or cash for a pick up in-store.

Availability of Products

Products offered on our site are subject to availability. We always aim to supply complete orders  however if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible.

Out of Stocks

We aim to update our products availability regularly however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.


Orders that are received before 12pm EST* on a business day will be sent on that day. We will always aim to have your order to you within 2 working/business days. Please note that this time may be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.

Australia Post Express Post Service – guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect

If upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the invoiced quantity, notification must be made within 7 working days. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims that are made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.

Return of Goods

No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation from bounceREHAB. Authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions . A 10% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer.


SRC or 2XU Products (Tights, Exercise pants, Recovery Shorts, Pregnancy Shorts) that require exchange must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition.  Under the Trade practices Act, undergarments cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.  What we ask is that you try the SRC medical compression garment on (over underwear) and if you feel the fit is not what it should be, remove the garment and either return it for exchange or call us for assistance or advice re sizing. We can dispatch exchange items as soon as we have received the original items back. Please place the item in its original packaging in an Express Post Parcel/Bag along with a copy of your receipt and a note stating the size required. Include a self-addressed post bag for your return item. Your postage costs to SRC are non-refundable.

Orders that are damaged or lost in transit are rare occasions however if this does occur we will take responsibility for it. Please call on (02) 9571 7606 to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above time frames.


Once your goods are received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Sale or Clearance Items

Any sale or clearance are not eligible for a refund or credit.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: bounceREHAB, 36 Harris Street, Pyrmont, NSW, 2009. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
