When it comes to chip making, I like to be somewhat creative. So I thought, why limit our palates to only corn or potato chips. Indeed, there’s a whole world of noteworthy vegetables just waiting to be transformed into remarkably delicious chips. The deep, ruby red colour is unmistakable but so too is the sublime, rustic flavour of my highly popular organic beetroot chips. Try eating just one, it’s almost impossible.
