Undertaking our program at bounceREHAB will ensure you are strong and confident for hitting the slopes on your ski or board.


3 phase progression program

  • Initial Health Assessment 30 mins
  • Phase 1 – Weeks 1-2
  • Phase 2 – Weeks 3-4
  • Phase 3 – Weeks 5-6

You can choose to complete the program in a 1-on-1, 2-to-1 or Group (Max 4 people) session. There is also an option to attend the sessions once or twice a week.

This program is suitable to all ages and experience levels


  • Initial Assessment 30 Minutes – $95
  • Option 1 – PAYG session by session ($0 saving) – $95 per session
  • Option 2 – 6 week program paid upfront (6 sessions) + free foam roller & Stretchband $570 (saving $75)
  • Option 3- 6 week program paid upfront (12 sessions) + free foam roller, Stretchband & bonus physio 30minute deep tissue treatment – $1140 (saving $170)

Please Note that option 2 & 3 will receive 10% off Physiotherapy sessions for 3 months after your snow trip


Sessions can be at any day throughout the week or on Saturday morning.

bounceREHAB require 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Failure to show for your booked session will result in the class being deducted from your total. 


The program may be claimable through your private health fund if you have cover for Physiotherapy. We advise that you check with your health fund as to your entitlement.

Every 30minute session includes full body, ski specific exercise program involving a mix of:

  • TRX Suspension trainer
  • Core stability exercises
  • Pilates reformer/mat work
  • Free weights and strengthening
  • Balance training on beams/BOSU ball/Airex foam pad/Duradisc

  • Enhances lower limb endurance
  • Increases core strength
  • Reduced injury rates and soreness
  • Optimises your functional capacity on the slopes
  • Accelerates your recovery between runs and reduce fatigue after hitting the slopes hard
  • Superior Flexibility


Each session will be complimented by a personalised Physiotec homework sheet and will be updated each phase.

(Weeks 1, 3 & 5)

  • TRX mobility drills
  • TRX lower limb exercises
  • Core (TRX/Core-X)
  • TRX upper limb
  • Reformer jumping drills (bilateral and unilateral)

Session B

(Weeks 2, 4 & 6)

  • TRX mobility drills
  • Core (TRX/Core-X)
  • TRX Lower limb
  • Pilates Core/hip work
  • Stretch band flexibility
