HOW CAN MAGNESIUM BECOME DEPLETED?

HOW TO USE MY BOUNCE BATH SALTS 

  • Warm water temperature (not boiling hot)
  • 1-2 cups (250-500g)
  • 12-50 minutes duration

Therapeutic bath salts for the relaxation of muscles, elimination or reduction of muscle spasms, and for the overall enhancement of a person’s mood. The bath salts are used in the convenience of a bath and the internal mechanisms of ingested medication. The formula for the composition of the salts includes a selected amount of magnesium sulfate. The user mixes a preselected amount of the crystallized salt with the bath water (we recommend 1-2 cups). A period of time is allowed to elapse before the user departs the bath (we recommend 12-50 minutes). By resting in the tub, the user accrues the combined benefits of external therapy and internal therapy.

After the allotted time, the user experiences relaxed muscles, elimination or reduction of muscle spasms, arthritic pain and swelling, and an overall enhanced feeling of well-being by alleviating depression and related moods. Your skin is also feeling silky smooth and looking toned, fit and shiny.

Picture: Most children respond to an ES bath by appearing happier, more relaxed. Some parents report that their children are more responsive, more “with it”. Any Epsom Salt left on the skin may continue to be absorbed as long as it is still on the skin, offering continuous ‘timed-release’ input into the bloodstream  –  like medication given through skin patches.
Some people who desire the wonderful therapeutic benefits from bathing in Epsom Salt but have a pre-existing skin conditions such as eczema find adding oils such as essential oil, olive oil or others to the bath prevents further skin irritation that may otherwise result.

Extensive research shows that magnesium lessens pre-eclampsia, in which blood pressure soars in late pregnancy, upping the risk of spontaneous abortions and premature, low-birth weight babies.
