The 4 week Weight Loss Challenge aims to reset your metabolism to lose excess weight and lower your body fat percentage. It suits anyone who is looking for a kick-start into a healthy lifestyle and are sick and tired of fad diet and exercise regimes. The Challenge will be led by our excellent nutritionist Caroline.

The Challenge Includes:

Week 1 – get you set up
– 45-minute initial consultation (includes step-by-step meal preparation/planning, goal planning and baseline body measurements).

Week 2 – you’ll start feeling amazing
– 15min Nutritional Check-in and measurements – new recipes and meal feedback

Week 3 – you’ll start noticing results
– 15min Nutritional Check-in and measurements – new recipes and meal feedback

Week 4 – you’ll look & feel great!
– Final 15min Nutritional Check-in and measurements – new recipes and meal feedback to keep you going

4 Week Cost: $360*
*Add a Pilates membership (additional $70/week) to increase daily exercise and optimise weight loss. 

This challenge has the added advantage of being under our staff’s supervision giving you the accountability to achieve success. This will take a lot of hard work, determination and dedication.
